NODES Neurotech is an early-stage venture developing neural interfaces based on wireless, ultra-miniaturized nodes. Our device architecture will enable minimally invasive, chronic, high-bandwidth neural interfaces — unlocking new approaches to neurological therapy, brain–computer interaction, and cognitive research.
Comfort, safety, and long-term compatibility drive every design choice — aiming for minimally invasive procedures and sustained clinical use.
A modular, distributed system architecture enables flexible deployment — scaling from targeted diagnostics to large-scale neural interfacing.
NODES redefines how neural information is captured and transmitted — establishing a foundation for minimally invasive, high-precision brain communication.
Our platform has the potential to transform neurology, neuroscience, and human–machine interaction.
Enables minimally invasive, chronic monitoring and closed-loop therapies for epilepsy, cognitive and psychiatric disorders, and speech or motor neuroprostheses.
Provides a stable, high-resolution platform for long-term brain mapping and functional studies in ambulatory or naturalistic settings.
Powers next-generation brain–computer interfaces for speech decoding, cognitive augmentation, and intuitive control of digital systems.
Dr. Ramon Garcia-Cortadella is a neurotechnology engineer and systems neuroscientist with over a decade of experience developing innovative brain–computer interface technologies. His work bridges microelectronics, neuroscience, and clinical translation, focusing on minimally invasive, distributed systems for high-fidelity neural recording and stimulation.
Before founding NODES Neurotech, he contributed to research at NYU Langone Health and LMU Muenchen, collaborating with international partners to advance brain-wide mapping of neuronal activity and wireless neurotechnology.
